1. The service

Keynote Soul is a piano-learning application. The free tier includes the Foundations and Chords & Harmony tracks. Keynote Soul Pro is a paid upgrade that unlocks the R&B/Neo-Soul and Gospel tracks and all future premium content.

2. Purchases & refunds

Pro purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. One license is valid for one person's personal use across their own devices. If Keynote Soul doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. Acceptable use

Don't share, resell, or redistribute license keys or app content. Lesson content and code are copyrighted.

4. No warranty

Keynote Soul is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and accurate but make no guarantees, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
